1. At a glance

• No GlideCue account is required. Purchases use your Apple Account through the App Store.
• Scripts, settings and pending videos are stored on your device. The trial start and expiry times are stored in this device's Keychain.
• Voice Follow requires on-device speech recognition. Recognized words are not saved or uploaded.
• Videos you choose to record include sound and are saved to Photos. GlideCue does not upload your scripts or recordings to NeoDrill.
• There are no ads, tracking technologies or third-party analytics SDKs.

2. Information stored on your device

GlideCue stores your scripts, saved-script titles, teleprompter settings, language and appearance preferences, onboarding state, and related app preferences locally on your iPhone. This information is used only to provide the app’s features.

NeoDrill has no server that receives this information and cannot view it remotely. Local app data may be included in device backups managed by you and Apple, depending on your iPhone and backup settings.

3. Microphone and speech recognition

When you choose Voice Follow and start playback, GlideCue requests microphone and speech-recognition permission. Speech is processed on the device to match your spoken position with the script. An on-device recognition model is required; there is no cloud-recognition fallback. Recognized words are held temporarily in memory and are not saved or uploaded to NeoDrill.

Voice Follow alone does not create an audio recording. In the built-in camera, microphone audio is also used for videos you explicitly choose to record. While Voice Follow is active in the camera, the same microphone stream supports both recording and on-device recognition. Pausing the prompter pauses speech recognition but does not stop an ongoing video. Use the recording controls to pause or finish the video.

3A. Camera, videos and Photos

The built-in camera requests camera, microphone and add-only Photos permission. When you start recording, GlideCue creates a local video file with sound. Finished videos are saved automatically to Photos. A staging copy is kept inside the app until Photos confirms the save; if saving fails, it remains available after reopening the app so you can retry or share it. Prompter text is not added to the saved video.

GlideCue does not read your existing photo library. Videos added to Photos may be synced through iCloud Photos or included in backups according to your Apple settings. Sharing occurs only when you choose it; the destination app or service then handles the shared content under its own policies. NeoDrill does not receive your recordings automatically.

3B. Free experience and purchases

After you explicitly start the free experience, GlideCue stores its start time, fixed expiry time and a record version in a private, device-only Keychain item. New trials last 3 consecutive days (72 hours), including time in the background, after closing the app or while the phone is off. An existing trial keeps its original expiry time, including trials started under an earlier duration. This record is not synchronized with iCloud or sent to NeoDrill. It may remain on the same device after uninstalling and reinstalling the app; deleting the app is not a guaranteed trial reset. The app does not create a developer account or a server-side trial profile.

Purchases, subscriptions, offer-code redemption and restoration are handled by Apple's App Store. GlideCue uses StoreKit product and verified transaction information to determine which features are available and when subscription access expires. NeoDrill does not operate a transaction-verification server, receive payment-card details or receive Apple Account passwords through the app. Apple may process purchase information under its own terms and privacy policy. Deleting GlideCue does not cancel an Apple subscription; manage or cancel it in your Apple subscription settings.

4. Device motion

GlideCue may use the iPhone’s motion information while the floating teleprompter is active to keep its content upright as you rotate the device. Motion information is processed temporarily on the device and is not retained or uploaded.

5. Collection, tracking, and sharing

GlideCue does not transmit your scripts, audio, recognized speech, usage activity, identifiers, or diagnostics to NeoDrill. The app does not include advertising networks, tracking technologies, or third-party analytics and crash-reporting SDKs. NeoDrill does not sell or share app data because it does not receive app data.

Apple may process information independently when it distributes the app or provides operating-system services. Apple’s handling of that information is governed by Apple’s own terms and privacy policies.

6. Your choices and deletion

You can edit or delete scripts in GlideCue and manage camera, microphone, speech-recognition and Photos permissions in iOS Settings. Pausing ordinary Voice Follow stops recognition; when recording video, use the recording controls to stop capture. Deleting GlideCue removes its local app container, including any videos still waiting to be saved. It does not delete videos already added to Photos, cancel subscriptions, or guarantee removal of the device's Keychain trial record. Delete saved videos in Photos and manage subscriptions in Apple settings. Backups and iCloud Photos have separate retention and deletion rules controlled by your settings and Apple.

Because NeoDrill does not receive your in-app scripts, recordings or local trial record, it cannot access, export or delete them remotely. Information you voluntarily send to support is addressed separately below.

7. Support communications

If you email NeoDrill for support, we receive the email address and information you choose to include, such as your device model, iOS version, screenshots, or problem description. We use that information only to respond, diagnose the issue, maintain reasonable support history, and meet legal obligations.

Please do not send private scripts or other sensitive content. You may request deletion of your support correspondence by contacting us, subject to any information we must retain by law.

8. Children

GlideCue is not designed to solicit personal information from children, and the app does not collect personal information from any user.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy if GlideCue’s features or data practices change. The effective date and version at the top of this page identify the current policy. Material changes will be reflected here before the relevant app version is released whenever practical.

2. 保存在设备上的信息

GlideCue 会在你的 iPhone 本地保存稿件、已存稿件标题、提词器设置、语言与外观偏好、首次引导状态及相关 App 偏好。这些信息只用于提供 App 功能。

NeoDrill 没有接收这些信息的服务器，无法远程查看这些内容。根据你的 iPhone 和备份设置，本地 App 数据可能被包含在由你和 Apple 管理的设备备份中。

3. 麦克风与语音识别

选择语音跟读并开始播放后，GlideCue 会请求麦克风和语音识别权限，在设备上处理语音并匹配稿件位置。该功能需要设备支持端侧识别模型，不会改用云端识别。识别文字仅临时保存在内存中，不会持久化或上传给 NeoDrill。

单独使用语音跟读不会生成录音文件。使用内置相机时，麦克风也用于你主动录制的视频；开启语音跟读后，同一条麦克风音频同时供视频录制和端侧识别使用。暂停提词会暂停语音识别，但不会停止正在录制的视频；请使用录制按钮暂停或结束录像。

3A. 相机、视频与相册

内置相机会请求相机、麦克风以及仅向相册添加内容的权限。开始录制后，GlideCue 会在本机生成带声音的视频，完成时自动保存到相册。相册确认保存成功前，App 会保留本地暂存副本；保存失败时，重新打开 App 后仍可重试保存或分享。保存的视频不会包含提词文字。

GlideCue 不读取相册中已有的照片和视频。加入相册的视频可能按你的 Apple 设置同步到 iCloud 照片或进入备份。只有你主动分享时，内容才会交给你选择的 App 或服务，并由其按自己的政策处理。NeoDrill 不会自动收到录制内容。

3B. 免费体验与购买

你明确开始免费体验后，GlideCue 会在私有的本机钥匙串项目中保存开始时间、固定到期时间和记录版本。新开始的体验持续连续 3 天（72 小时），切换后台、退出 App 或关机都不会暂停。已经开始的体验保留原来的到期时间，包括按此前时长开始的体验。这份记录不同步到 iCloud，也不会发送给 NeoDrill。同一台设备卸载并重装后，该记录可能仍然保留；删除 App 不保证重新获得体验。App 不创建开发者账号或服务端试用档案。

购买、订阅、优惠码兑换和恢复购买由 Apple App Store 处理。GlideCue 使用 StoreKit 的商品信息和已验证交易，在本机判断可用功能和订阅到期时间。NeoDrill 没有自建交易验证服务器，不通过 App 获取银行卡资料或 Apple 账户密码。Apple 按自己的条款和隐私政策处理购买信息。删除 GlideCue 不会取消 Apple 订阅，请在 Apple 订阅设置中管理或取消。

4. 设备运动信息

悬浮提词器运行时，GlideCue 可能使用 iPhone 的运动信息，在你旋转设备时保持悬浮内容方向正确。运动信息只在设备上临时处理，不会保留或上传。

5. 数据收集、追踪与共享

GlideCue 不会把你的稿件、音频、识别文字、使用活动、标识符或诊断信息传输给 NeoDrill。App 不包含广告网络、追踪技术、第三方分析 SDK 或第三方崩溃报告 SDK。NeoDrill 不会出售或共享 App 数据，因为 NeoDrill 不会收到这些数据。

Apple 在分发 App 或提供操作系统服务时，可能独立处理相关信息。这些信息由 Apple 按照其条款和隐私政策处理。

6. 你的选择与删除方式

你可以在 GlideCue 中编辑或删除稿件，在 iOS 设置中管理相机、麦克风、语音识别和相册权限。暂停普通语音跟读会停止识别；录像时请使用录制按钮结束采集。删除 GlideCue 会移除 App 本地容器，包括尚未保存到相册的视频，但不会删除已经加入相册的视频、取消订阅，也不保证清除本机钥匙串体验记录。已保存的视频请在相册中删除，订阅请在 Apple 设置中管理。备份和 iCloud 照片按你的设置及 Apple 规则单独处理保留和删除。

由于 NeoDrill 不会收到你的 App 内稿件、录制内容或本地体验记录，因此无法远程访问、导出或删除这些内容。你主动发送给支持团队的信息按下方支持通信说明处理。

7. 主动联系支持时的信息

如果你通过邮件联系 NeoDrill，我们会收到你的邮箱地址，以及你主动提供的信息，例如设备型号、iOS 版本、截图或问题说明。这些信息只用于回复、诊断问题、保留合理的支持记录及履行法律义务。

请不要发送私人稿件或其他敏感内容。你可以联系我们删除支持邮件记录，但法律要求保留的信息除外。

8. 儿童隐私

GlideCue 不以索取儿童个人信息为设计目的，App 也不会收集任何用户的个人信息。

9. 政策变更

如果 GlideCue 的功能或数据处理方式发生变化，我们可能更新本政策。页面顶部的生效日期和版本号用于标识当前政策。在实际可行的情况下，重要变化会在相关 App 版本发布前体现在本页面中。
